Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly happens during the Beneficiary Form Reading Hour?
+
You bring any beneficiary nomination forms you have received from official sources — EPF, life insurance, or similar. We sit together, read through each section in order, and explain what each line asks for and where that information connects to the publicly available framework. We do not advise on whom you should name or how to divide your nominations. You leave with a printed reference card and a list of official sources for follow-up reading.
Is there anything I need to bring to the Couples' Records Workshop?
+
Bring whichever documents you already have — EPF statements, employment letters, identification documents, and any beneficiary forms. We provide the folder, the inventory sheet, and the table. The workshop runs for approximately half a day. We work at your pace and will not rush through any document that needs more explanation. You are not required to bring everything — even a partial set of documents is a useful starting point.
Do you provide any personal financial or legal advice?
+
No. Nestbloom provides education and document-organisation support only. We do not advise on nominations, allocations, contributions, withdrawals, investments, or legal matters. If your situation calls for those decisions, we will suggest you speak with a licensed financial planner or solicitor. Our role is to help you understand what you are looking at — not to tell you what to do with it.
How does the Community Centre Programme work for scheduling?
+
We work directly with the centre coordinator to arrange a schedule that suits your group's availability. The programme is multi-session, with each session covering a separate topic. Sessions can be spread across weeks or months depending on what works for the centre. Groups of between ten and twenty participants are recommended for the most supported experience. Enquire through our contact form and we will get in touch to discuss dates.
Are the session prices per person or per couple/group?
+
The Beneficiary Form Reading Hour (RM 280) is per individual appointment. The Couples' Records Workshop (RM 740) covers both partners in a single session. The Community Centre Programme (RM 3,650) covers the full multi-session programme for the group at your centre — not per participant. Contact us if you have questions about what is included at each price point.
Where are sessions held?
+
Individual and couples' sessions are held at our premises at 51 Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, Kuala Lumpur. The Community Centre Programme is delivered at the requesting centre — we come to you. All venues are accessible. If you have any mobility or accessibility requirements, please let us know when you enquire and we will make appropriate arrangements.
