Our Programmes

Three Programmes, One Clear Purpose

Whether you are reading your first beneficiary form, organising your joint records as a couple, or bringing retirement education to a community group — there is a Nestbloom programme built for you.

Our Approach

How We Deliver Every Session

Every Nestbloom programme begins with the same principle: we read the documents in front of us, not documents we wish you had. If you bring a beneficiary form that is partially filled, that is where we start. If your folder is a mix of statements from different years, we sort before we read.

We do not bring slide decks or follow a predetermined script. The session follows the documents you have brought, in the order that makes most sense for your situation. This means each session is different from the last, and that is deliberate.

We close every session by making sure the participant has something in hand that will remain useful after leaving — a printed card, a labelled folder, a written summary, or a set of source references. Our purpose is to leave you more capable of reading these documents independently, not more dependent on us.

Document-Led

We follow what you bring, not a fixed curriculum.

Source-Verified

Every explanation ties back to official publications.

Your Pace

We pause, re-read, and revisit whenever you need.

Tangible Output

Every session ends with something you can take home.

Programme 01

Beneficiary Form Reading Hour

A short, calm appointment where you bring the beneficiary forms received from official sources — EPF, insurance, or employer — and we read them through together. Each line is explained in plain English. Where terms connect to the publicly available framework, we show you where to find that guidance yourself. We do not advise on whom to name, how to divide nominations, or what any choice might mean for your estate. That is not our role. What you leave with is a clear understanding of what each section is asking, plus a printed reference card and a list of official sources for further reading.

RM 280 per appointment

  • One-to-one, private session
  • Held at our Kuala Lumpur office
  • Printed reference card provided
  • List of official sources included
  • Duration approximately 60–90 minutes

How a Session Unfolds

1

You arrive with your forms. We review which forms you have brought and identify any missing sections.

2

We read each section together. We explain every term, note its source, and answer any questions you have.

3

We summarise what each form is asking in plain language and prepare your printed reference card.

4

You leave with your original documents, the reference card, and a list of official sources for any follow-up reading.

Programme 02

Couples' Records Workshop

A half-day workshop for couples who want their joint retirement-related paperwork in one ordered, readable system. You bring your statements, employment records, identification papers, and any beneficiary information you have. We provide a labelled folder, an inventory sheet, and a quiet table. The facilitator helps with sorting, labelling, and writing a summary page that states clearly where each document lives in the folder. No advice is given on the content of the documents — we organise and explain what you have, not what you should do with it. Each couple leaves with a single, shared, readable record.

RM 740 per couple (both partners)

  • Both partners attend together
  • Labelled folder and inventory sheet provided
  • Written summary page created during session
  • Duration approximately half a day (3–4 hours)
  • Held at our Kuala Lumpur office

Workshop Flow

1

You arrive with your documents. We review what you have and plan the folder structure together.

2

We sort and label each document, explaining what it is and where it belongs in the system.

3

We write the summary page together, recording exactly where each document lives in the folder.

4

You leave with your completed folder — both partners able to find and read everything it contains.

Programme 03

Programme for Community Centres

A multi-session educational programme delivered at community centres for groups of older residents who would like a calm, supported introduction to retirement-related topics. Each session covers a single subject and is built around publicly available materials from official Malaysian sources including KWSP, PERKESO, and related agencies. The programme is informational and group-based — we do not provide individual advice and we do not handle the personal documents of attendees. Recommended for centres that can host between ten and twenty participants per session. We work directly with the centre coordinator to schedule sessions that suit the group's calendar and needs.

RM 3,650 per full programme (group)

  • Delivered at your community centre
  • 10–20 participants per session
  • Multiple sessions covering separate topics
  • Based entirely on official Malaysian sources
  • Scheduling coordinated with centre staff

Programme Delivery Steps

1

Centre coordinator contacts us. We discuss group size, topic priorities, and scheduling.

2

We prepare session materials tailored to the group's likely questions and document types.

3

Sessions are delivered at the centre on agreed dates. Each covers one topic with handouts provided.

4

After the programme, the coordinator receives a summary of topics covered and reference materials used.
