Please read these terms carefully before booking or attending any Nestbloom session or programme. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.
1. About Nestbloom
Nestbloom is a retirement education and pension information service based at 51 Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, 50100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We provide informational sessions and organisational workshops to help individuals and couples understand publicly available materials related to retirement and pension administration in Malaysia.
We are not a financial advisory firm, legal practice, or licensed professional services provider. Nothing we offer constitutes financial, legal, medical, or investment advice.
2. Scope of Our Services
Our services are limited to:
- Reading and explaining publicly available forms and documents in plain English, in the participant's presence.
- Providing a structured environment for organising paperwork that participants bring to a session.
- Delivering group educational sessions based on publicly available official Malaysian materials.
We do not advise on how to complete forms, whom to name as beneficiaries, how to allocate pension entitlements, or any related personal decisions. All decisions remain entirely with the participant.
3. Not Professional or Regulated Advice
Our services are informational in nature. Nothing communicated by Nestbloom — whether in writing, verbally during a session, on this website, or in any printed materials — should be understood as financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other form of regulated professional guidance.
Participants requiring professional guidance are encouraged to consult appropriately qualified and regulated practitioners, including licensed financial advisers, solicitors, or authorised agents registered with the relevant Malaysian regulatory bodies.
4. Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and above who are approaching or have reached retirement age, and for community organisations serving that group. By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
5. Bookings and Payments
- Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit, as communicated at the time of enquiry.
- Prices listed on this website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable fees unless otherwise stated.
- Nestbloom reserves the right to update pricing. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that engagement.
- For community centre programmes, a separate written agreement will be provided before services commence.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- More than 5 business days before the session: Full refund or free rescheduling.
- 2 to 5 business days before the session: 50% refund or free rescheduling to a date within 60 days.
- Fewer than 2 business days before the session: No refund. Rescheduling subject to availability at our discretion.
- No-show without prior notice: Full session fee is forfeited.
If Nestbloom cancels a session, a full refund will be issued or a rescheduled date will be offered at no additional cost.
7. Participant Responsibilities
- Participants are responsible for bringing any documents they wish to review. Nestbloom does not retrieve, request, or retain copies of personal documents.
- All personal documents remain the property of and in the possession of the participant at all times and must be taken away at the end of the session.
- Participants are responsible for verifying any information they act upon with appropriate official sources or qualified advisers.
8. Intellectual Property
All original content on this website — including text, design, layout, and printed reference materials — is the property of Nestbloom. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Reference cards provided during sessions are for personal use only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Nestbloom shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from:
- Decisions made by participants based on information shared during a session.
- Inaccuracies in third-party materials or official documents reviewed during a session.
- Any reliance placed on content found on this website without independent verification.
- Loss or misplacement of personal documents brought to a session.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
10. Website Use
This website is provided for general information purposes. While we endeavour to keep content accurate and current, we make no representations about its completeness or suitability for any particular purpose. We reserve the right to amend or remove content without notice.
You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to others' use of it.
11. Privacy and Data

12. Governing Law
